Anthelios 40 is a UVA/UVB sunscreen for all skin types. FDA approved and water resistent, Anthelios 40 contains Mexoryl SX, a unique organic UV filter that recharges for longer protection. Other UVA filters are not photostable, meaning once they absorb UV rays, they lose their effectiveness. The sunscreens in Anthelios 40 absorb the sun's radiation, then safely emit it in order to absorb more. This gives Anthelios 40 the highest photostability, staying up to 90% active even after 5 hours. Non-comedogenic, non-whitening, fragrance-free and suitable for even the most sensitive of skin, Anthelios 40 helps protect against sunburn, hyperpigmentation, premature aging and skin cancer.
